An UpGuard account is primarily used for billing and invoicing purposes. The experts at Stripe handle all our payments and no credit card information is stored with us.

Upgrading your Account

If you have already taken advantage of our free 10 nodes offer and ready to take advantage of our other features, upgrade your UpGuard account to include our CSTAR score integration with our hosted and enterprise packages.

Our hosted package offers infinitely scalable configuration monitoring for small to medium-sized businesses. Managed by UpGuard, a hosted cloud instance or single tenant appliance (STA) gives you a dedicated instance accessible at Our enterprise package includes everything great about UpGuard distributed as a behind-the-firewall virtual appliance. A variety of virtualization formats are available including OVA, VHD and Hyper-V. All components are included with no additional charges or add-on costs.

Updating your Subscription

  1. Log into your account, click on Billing under the Account tab, and on the right click on the green Change Subscription button on the top right.


  2. Update the information in the required fields, and click the Update Subscription button to confirm changes.


Deleting an Account

You can delete or close your account by following the steps below. Please note the following before proceeding with account deletion:

  1. Log into your account, click on the account drop down menu and click on Manageā€¦


  2. If you are a member of multiple organizations, click on the dropdown arrow next to Users and click Delete for each inactive organization.


  3. When you are down to your last remaining active organization, click on the organization name.


  4. Click the Edit button.


  5. Click the option to Delete Account.
