New Look and Feel, new application navigation

Release Notes - February 12 2019

In this release you’ll notice that we’ve launched a new, more modern look-and feel and product navigation. You’ll now see a menu on the left-hand side of the page, where the content is now structured around the BreachSight and VendorRisk products.

BreachSight surfaces the cyber risks that relate directly to your company. This includes risks related to your own web presence, employee credentials that have been leaked in third-party data breaches, and where your corporate data has been leaked on the Internet.

VendorRisk helps you monitor and manage the security posture of your vendors. This includes viewing their score, monitoring their cyber risks, sending them security questionnaires, and requesting remediations.

We’ve also added a view of your company’s risk profile and a new dashboard, which shows your immediate, actionable notifications. Stay tuned as we’ll be adding more to the dashboard in future releases.

Finally, we’ve made some big changes to notifications in this release. There are several new types of notifications, including:

  • When a questionnaire is submitted by a vendor
  • When employee credentials are discovered in a new third-party data breach
  • When your company data is discovered in a new data leak.

You can also customize the notifications related to changes in website and vendor scores (e.g. “notify me when a vendor drops below 500”). You can choose which notifications you receive, and whether you’d like an in-app alert, or an email, by clicking on the “manage notifications” link on the dashboard. Your account administrator can configure custom notifications by selecting the “account settings” menu item.
