UpGuard Core can either be accessed via a hosted or on-premise instance.

UpGuard Core can be deployed as a hosted or on-premise solution and it is important that you remember or bookmark the location of your instance. If you are trying to log into UpGuard CyberRisk or BreachSight, please go here: UpGuard CyberRisk


If you have elected to use a hosted instance of UpGuard Core then your instance will be accessible from the internet using a web address provided to you by your Technical Account Manager. If you cannot locate your hosted instance please contact UpGuard Support.


Your on-premise instance or instances will be deployed on your infrastructure, either behind the firewall or within a secure area of your favorite cloud provider. If you need assistance locating your on-premise instance or instances, please contact UpGuard Support and they can work with your resident UpGuard champion to locate your instance.

Logging in

When you have located your instance, navigate to the URL in a web browser. Officially, we only support and test UpGuard Core against Google Chrome, but other browsers may be able to support all or some of the functionality. You should be presented with a standard login screen, as shown below.


To log in, enter your email address and password. If you are unsure if you have an account with your instance, please ask your resident UpGuard champion within your company to check in the Account Settings page, or contact your UpGuard Technical Account Manager for assistance.
