Each environment created in UpGuard also has a scheduled scan job created for it. This scheduled job ensures that the nodes in this environment are scanned at least once per day. Environment reports detail CI changes, policy pass/fail results and any node offline/connectivity errors.


Whilst you cannot delete environment scan jobs, you can:

  • Disable and Enable them
  • Change the run time frequency
  • Change the time that they will run
  • Change the distribution list for their email report (add emails and turn on/off automated send to admins).
  • Individuals on the distribution list can still manage their report settings from their user settings.
