Tagging a node scan or a policy allows you to associate a reason for why change has occurred. For instance, after a deployment you could label the subsequent node scan with the tag 'Post deployment' or with the applicable change request ticket ID.

Node Scan

  1. Under the Discover tab, on the Monitored page, find the tag icon on the upper right.

  2. Click the tag icon to label.

  3. Once tagged, the label will be visible next to its time stamp in the Scans dropdown on the left:

  1. Under the Policies page, click on an individual entry and click the tag icon to label.
